1st Covishield COVID-19 Vaccine Consignment from Pune to Reach Guwahati Today A total of eight flights- two cargo flights and other regular commercial flights will carry the vaccines to 13 locations across the country today. | 12 Jan 2021 9:26 AM GMT GUWAHATI: Ahead of the January 16 launch of the nationwide vaccination drive, the first consignment containing vials of Covishield vaccine were dispatched from the Serum Institute of India from Pune today. According to sources, 736 kg consignment via Spice Jet flight (SG-7451) is scheduled to reach Guwahati Airport at around 5 PM on January 12. Meanwhile, upon arrival, the consignment will be directly moved to the cold storage situated next to the Guwahati International Airport.
