Staff Sergeant Jessica Mitchell was found lifeless in her stalled-out 2019 White Dodge Charger on Interstate 10, near Vance Jackson Road, around 2:15 a.m. on New Year's Day. She was last seen 15 minutes earlier at 4th Quarter Sports Bar, located at 8779 Wurzbach Road. Mitchelle was later pronounced dead at University Hospital.
