Updated 3/9/2021 6:28 PM Five people are accused of committing fraud during the November election in DuPage County, authorities said. Darrick Kent, 43, and Amy Kent, 41, of Austin, Texas, have been charged with perjury for saying they had lived in DuPage for at least 30 days before the election, when they had not, according to the state's attorney's office.
Three others are accused of trying to cast ballots for someone other than themselves. Adam P. Butler, 51, of Lisle, is charged with forgery and perjury. Thomas E. Wojciechowski, 73, of Carol Stream, is charged with perjury. Colleen A. Kirchoff, 60, of Naperville is charged with perjury and two counts of forgery.
