(News photo — Andy Flynn) LAKE PLACID — Beverley Reid’s history with the Adirondack Community Church on Main Street goes way back — 88 years — to the time she was baptized on Feb. 26, 1933, one year after the III Olympic Winter Games came to town. Now she’s helped write the history of the church with fellow parishioner Claire Thayer.
