An office campus in Northwest Austin's rapidly growing tech corridor will soon be transformed into a mixed-use project with offices, apartments, retail and a hotel. The site at 7700 Parmer Lane is a 129-acre office campus that is adjacent to Apple's $1 billion office campus, which under construction on West Parmer Lane. The 7700 Parmer Lane project will expand the current 911,574-square-campus by adding 800,000 square feet of office space as well as 1,800 apartments, 80,000 square feet of retail and a 340-room hotel. Accesso Partners, a Florida-based real estate investment manager, got the green light for the project this month when the Austin City Council approved a zoning change.
