But the two never have to leave the building. Credit Union of Texas partnered with the district to open the first bank of its kind in North Texas: a fully operational student-run bank inside Allen High School. The SMART Branch — an acronym for servant leadership, motivation, active learning, reasoning and technology — is only available to students and staff during school hours.
