(WVIR) - Albemarle County Public Schools are getting ready to welcome many students back to the classroom. It’s been a while for many students, some of whom have not had an in-person learning day since March 2020, but a 6-1 vote by the school board makes it official: the county is moving to Stage 4 on March 15. “We have a directive from the Governor of Virginia to make face-to-face instruction our primary objective, and that’s what we’re doing,” said Superintendent Matt Haas, who recommended the move last week.
