Print Align Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of Air Quality Services of Evansville, Ind., as the latest add-on for its Alliance Technical Group portfolio company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Air Quality Services, founded in 1998, provides source emissions/stack testing and emissions-monitoring services across the Midwest. The company will expand the breadth of services offered by Alliance. Align has been regularly rolling up firms in support of that platform, and this latest deal plays into that strategy. The acquisition represents Align's 11th tuck-in deal for Alliance since 2015 and the fourth this year. The most recent deal before this one came in April with the air testing and monitoring assets of O'Brien & Gere, a New York-based division of Denmark's Ramboll.
