Its a very violent observation that nigerians generally have a misconception a misperception about Mental Illness but the federal government on its cut particularly has been doing a lot the levels of health care in nigeria i divide it into a tree thats the primary health care which is handled as a fully by the local government areas and the 2nd recover care which is statutorily 100 by the. Is what are the issue of the only story between right or the organization theyre all crowded by 2 or more and so is that what youre seeing here is a kind of human rights issue where people were put to put together very very small circumstances and then is your reporter going to do with.
