Well i think one of the differences are our main differences is the response from Law Enforcement i think here our states attorney in maryland mostly looked literally had to fight with the Police Department and other Law Enforcement agencies to really get a proper investigation and even charged the officers in that case what you see here with you were exploited is an Immediate Response from Law Enforcement to show them but the to take swift action with the initial charge and then a reasonable time i believe to be in charge of the other officers who were complicit with mr mr ford i think those are critical differences that we didnt know we didnt have what it didnt seem and baltimore 2016 that you see now happening in minneapolis and that and i hope that is result of some broken learning that resulted from not only with pretty great but issues with my crown and some missouri as well after i have years we see that there are response by Law Enforcement to bring these officers to justice its really the best way in the right way to move for and to bring healing to your city and as you speak to me mr butler we can see that mr grays. Floyds body is actually arriving for the Memorial Service and its been ceremonially taken there slowly in minneapolis and as we sort of see those pictures you know we have to also understand that there will be a court case in in the near future and the one phrase that i was asking various contributors to al jazeera over the past 24 hours was this issue of qualified immunity thats been criticized by Justice Sonia sotomayor on several occasions in Supreme Court and basically for our International Viewers its basically a phrase is used often in Court Cases InvolvingLaw Enforcement officers to protect them when they think their life was in danger and they often find this a very credible defense this is where the reform needs to take place doesnt it with issues like this. I agree and i think that really. It should in its best practice so be used to provide a secure to protect our officers who make a legitimate and honest mistake not for those who break the law i think thats where the you should see a separation of how that is apply so if there are proper procedure proper protocol and that frankly abusing the rights of citizens that theyre sworn to protect then qualified immunity is there for their protection when you are actively involved in an act against all or all of your or asking or abusing or in this case killing citizens who are in this point already restrained unresponsive and youve got bystanders for not minutes telling you to please stop these donkey can look at me as a response that i think crosses the line between following proper protocol its use of do an arrestee versus you now nicolette it and youre out acting outside the scope of your 0 point for me thats what it looks like in most of these cases theyre acting outside school with their employment and therefore they should not be sued not be able to avail themselves of a qualified immunity defense well see what happens certainly in the court case when that happens in terms of the time we have from now to a president ial election in november how much of an issue will this become and how divisive will it become in a very already polarized United States.
