Amazon confirms Chevy Chase grocery store, but not location

Amazon has confirmed that it’s opening a grocery store in Chevy Chase, but the company won’t give the specific location or when it is expected to open.
In response to emailed questions from Bethesda Beat about the Chevy Chase store, the company wrote that it is “hiring zone leads for an Amazon grocery store in Chevy Chase, MD,” but did not provide an address or a timeline.
A job posting from March 18 says the company is opening its first grocery store in Chevy Chase Village. It does not give an address.
