Ms. Babcock has 15-plus years of experience leading qualitative and quantitative human health risk assessments in industry and agency roles, most recently as Supervisory Toxicologist and Branch Chief of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Ms. Babcock will offer clients technical excellence and seasoned regulatory process guidance for products subject to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA), the Pesticide Registration Improvement Extension Act (PRIA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
