Updated 8/3/2021 7:09 PM Forty pieces of art adorn the walls and pedestals of the Kavanagh Gallery in the current art exhibition, "Fanciful Expressions." The show explores the whimsical, lighthearted, fantastical, or silly aspects of life.
The work is an exciting mix of realistic and imaginary scenes. From 'Tea in the Garden," a colorful felted teapot by Illinois artist Cynthia Boudreau to the dark imagery used in "Killer Bunny Comes to Dinner" by Elaine Erne from Philadelphia, each artist has a very different interpretation of the theme of the show.
