Andrew Brown Jr: North Carolina sheriff says he wants footage of police shooting made public and may file motion Monday

Pasquotank County, North Carolina, Sheriff Tommy Wooten said Saturday he wants body cam footage of the fatal police shooting of Andrew Brown Jr. made public.
"Only a judge can release the video," Wooten said in a video message posted on Facebook. "That's why I've asked the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation to confirm for me that the releasing of the video will not undermine their investigation."
