The “Rise Together” week, April 9-16, 2021, included worship services, drama performances, talks, music, and the opportunity to purchase commemorative merchandise to support efforts against hate in society. The series of activities involved several student and school clubs and associations, including the Center for Faith Engagement, the Andrews Filipino International Association, the Southern Asian Student Association, the Andrews Society of Indonesian Students, and the Korean American Student Association, according to Michael Nixon, AU vice-president for Diversity and Inclusion.
