(NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today reported results for the first quarter of 2021. First Quarter 2021 Financial Results Revenue for the first quarter of 2021 was $195.4 million compared to $249.7 million in the first quarter of 2020. Net income for the first quarter of 2021 was $4.2 million compared to net loss of $61.2 million in the first quarter of 2020. Adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP measure defined below) for the first quarter of 2021 was $97.9 million compared to $112.9 million in the first quarter of 2020. Previously declared quarterly dividend of $0.145 per common share for the first quarter of 2021 resulted in dividend coverage of 2.8x.
