Arm Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Ex

Arm Holdings plc Arm today announced the closing of its initial public offering the IPO of 102500000 American depositary shares ADSs representing its ordinary shares at a price to the public of 51.00 per ADS including the underwriters full exercise of their option to purchase up to an additional 7000000 ADSs to cover overallotments.
