During the week of July 14 through July 21, 2021, Sandwich police responded to a total of 188 calls including eight ambulance assists, four car crashes and four harassment reports. Officers made no arrests. The following are excerpts from their logs. Wednesday, July 14 A caller from Telegraph Hill Road contacted police at 5:19 PM because they thought someone was inside their home. Officers checked the residence and found everything in order. * * * Police responded to a disturbance at a doctorâs office on Route 6A at 5:32 PM when a 30-year-old patient and her mother got into a loud argument in the waiting room. No arrests were made.
