asteroid: NASA probe to observe near-Earth asteroid's 2029 c

NASA's OSIRIS-REx spacecraft, now known as OSIRIS-APEX, is set to rendezvous with the asteroid Apophis during its close approach to Earth in 2029. Apophis, measuring about 1,110 feet (340 meters) across, will pass within 19,800 miles (31,860 km) of Earth's surface.
