Getting set to make a grand entrance into the stock market, Austin-based dating app maker Bumble on Wednesday evening set the trading price for what it expects to be a $2.2 billion initial public offering of stock on Thursday. Bumble expects to sell 50 million shares of its Class A common stock at $43 per share, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange Thursday using the symbol “BMBL” The underwriters for the offering also have a 30-day option to purchase up to 7.5 million shares, the company said.
