“I’m not a scholar on racism, I don't have a phd on the subject, but I do have my story to tell and my hope is that in that the kids can see their own story,” said Memory, who was inspired by Fred Rogers to use his diverse background to help improve the social and emotional education of children. Many of the subjects are heavy but important ones for children to engage with as they grow older. Memory’s own children range from 2 to 16 years old and he’s exploring ways to cater to all ages, from board books to podcasts.
