UpdatedWed, Apr 21, 2021 at 6:04 am ET Reply (Patch graphic) HARTFORD, CT — The State Bond Commission has approved a measure to provide towns with aid for upcoming projects and to cover expenditures, according to a statement from State Sen. Kevin Witkos (R-Canton). At their meeting held on April 16th, the Bond Commission gave final approval to expenditures to include: $39,968 reimbursement for body worn cameras for the Town of Simsbury $2 million for improvements to the State Police firing range in Simsbury The towns of Avon, Canton, and Granby will also receive funding through the Local Bridge Program in the amounts below for the following projects:
