MOUNT HOLLY — The space at 4 Mill Street downtown has failed many a business, going all the way back to the 1990s, according to Ree Capers, the owner of B-Unos, the site's current restaurant occupant. Capers is not sure why the address has struggled. She just knows that township residents call it "the doomed location." Well, it is doomed no more. Capers and her co-owners, husband Steve Capers and brother Moe Abozaid, have transformed 4 Mill Street into the place to be as the coronavirus pandemic fades, and society reopens. In February, Gov. Phil Murphy increased indoor dining capacity from 25 to 35 percent. Between that and a steady take-out and delivery operation, B-Unos is thriving.
