Baldock's Alexandra Milne has been recognised for her work during the coronavirus pandemic.

A Baldock woman has been recognised for her services to the emergency incident response to COVID-19 in London. 
Alexandra Milne, staff commander for the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry, has been awarded a MBE in the New Year's Honours list. 
She joined the Corps on a voluntary basis in 2001 and attained the part-time position of Operations Officer in 2009.  According to her nomination, she has been instrumental in modernising the Corps, transforming it into a more efficient and professional organisation.
