But, in addition, what we do see happening in a situation but, in addition, what we do see happening is a situation where the fbi, while they have settled, has not said much of anything at all. There has not been a broad and robust discussion about what will change going forward. There has not been any verbal or written apology that acknowledges the depth of what happened to the survivors, when it could and should have been prevented.
