Billionaire MacKenzie Scott gives $146M in 1st half of 2023

MacKenzie Scott’s quest to give the bulk of her wealth to charity continues: So far this year, 24 nonprofits have received $146 million through her Yield Giving fund. All told, she’s given away roughly a third of her $37 billion fortune.
