Although Texas-side City Hall has been able to supply its residents with birth certificate copies since at least 1992, Keith Beason, administrative program manager for Texas-side City Hall's Office of Vital Statistics, said Friday, that the cyber attack that occurred on or about Dec. 6, blitzed most, if not all, the electronic copies of residential birth certificates the city had on electronic file.
