A Mount Airy (Philadelphia) native, Brown is a four-star recruit with more than 20 scholarship offers. And, after examining his high school film, could have 10 more. But none of that matters now since he’s a Scarlet Knight. Brown picked Rutgers on Wednesday cementing the recruitment of one of its top targets over the last three months. The entire staff worked on Brown with Greg Schiano, defensive backs coach Fran Brown, offensive coordinator Sean Gleeson and running backs coach Augie Hoffmann leading the way.
