Scottish craft brewer BrewDog plans to open an expansive bar and restaurant in the Flats, where the pub will be the first anchor for a much broader planned development on Scranton Peninsula. A presentation submitted to the Cleveland City Planning Commission shows that BrewDog USA expects to lease 10,410 square feet at the Avian building on Carter Road. The bar will spill out of that space onto surrounding land, with a European-style beer garden and riverfront installations that could include a dog park and a playground or miniature golf feature.
