Wicked Local New England Treatment Access is considering moving its medical marijuana operations further down Route 9, dispensary representatives said at NETA’s license renewal meeting Tuesday. Currently housed at 160 Washington St. in Brookline Village, NETA — which sells both medical and adult-use marijuana — is looking to move its medical operations to 1280 Boylston St., NETA attorney Jennifer Dopazo Gilbert told the Select Board. NETA opened in Brookline as a medical marijuana dispensary in 2016 and began adult-use sales in 2019. The company also has a location in Northamption. The proposed building on Route 9 would be a good site for serving medical patients, especially given the abundance of parking, Gilbert said.
