January 21, 2021 Burlington, Ia- Authorities have announced the arrest of a Burlington man on drug possession charges following the execution of a search warrant. On Wednesday, January 20th, the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force, Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement, Burlington Police Department, Des Moines, and Henry County Sheriff’s Offices, and the Iowa State Patrol tactical Unit executed a search warrant on a residence in the 100 blk. of Hayes Court. The search warrant was executed in reference to an ongoing narcotics investigation. 37-year-old Damario Johnson of Burlington (Above) was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Drug tax Stamp Violation and Child Endangerment.
