(FOX19) - Some Covington businesses are frustrated over news from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet that the John A. Roebling Bridge, one of the regionâs architectural icons, needs a nine-month closure. A partial closure will begin Feb. 1, and the full closure will take effect Feb. 15. Crews will embark on an overdue $4.7 million restoration project that will run until the end of 2021, though the bridge is expected to reopen in November.
