BYD Secures Conditional Testing License for Level 3 Autonomo

BYD: In a similar move, BMW Group disclosed in December that it had obtained a test license for L3 self-driving on high-speed roads in Shanghai. Meanwhile, Mercedes Benz revealed its plans to conduct L3 tests on specified highways in Beijing.
