WCVB-TV Three people were arrested in connection with a violent incident that happened on Route 138 in Canton in February, in which one car forced another off the road before someone started firing a gun, according to Police Chief Ken Berkowitz. Keith Resende, 31, of Brockton, was arrested in Worcester Saturday afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals Service; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (ATF); the Massachusetts State Police and the Worcester Police Department. Berkowitz said Resende was wanted for intentionally ramming a vehicle on Route 138 on Feb. 21. According to the chief, Resende's actions sparked a passenger of the vehicle that he struck to immediately exit it and fire six shots, five of which struck Resende's vehicle.
