MACOMB TOWNSHIP — A Macomb Township car salesman is facing federal charges in a case dating back a few years.
An April 30 press release from the United States Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Michigan states that 34-year-old Apollon Nimo has been charged in a wire fraud scheme involving the trafficking of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Employee Purchase Control Numbers, or EPCNs.
