Caustic comments from NYC Board of Elections nominee spark c

Barry Weinberg got the nod for a spot on the Board of Elections the last month from the Manhattan Democratic Party, which is led by political ally Keith Wright, a former lobbyist and state Assembly member. At the time, Weinberg said he didn’t anticipate any headaches over his nomination from Wright — but that’s not proving to be the case thus far.
