Central Standard Craft Distillery's new downtown operation will open this summer.
Delayed plans to create a new downtown home for Central Standard Craft Distillery, including a tasting room and events venue, are moving forward.
Those plans, announced in January 2020, called for renovations at a historic building at 320 E. Clybourn St. The business was to open in summer 2020.
Then, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, with the economic effects especially devastating for bars and restaurants — including Central Standard customers.
