Cheers: Southwest will soon serve alcohol and coffee again

At the start of the pandemic, airlines significantly scaled back their onboard food and beverage offerings. On some short flights, you might not have even received water.
While some things look different, most airlines have since resumed many elements of their onboard service. For instance, American, Alaska, Delta and United have all either already resumed or announced plans to resume full beverage service, hot meals in premium cabins and buy-on-board service in coach. But there’s been one notable exception: Southwest Airlines.
