Chico High's Quincy Stephens commits to D-I University of Ut

Chico Racquet Club Beach Volleyball Academy head coach JJ Mitchell called Quincy Stephens the program's most accomplished junior player ever, and now Stephens will have the opportunity to continue her career in the sport she loves as she signed her letter of intent with Division I University of Utah on Wednesday at Chico High School.
