Chicopee City Councilor Lucjan Galecki removed from all subcommittees, asked to reconsider resignation after Facebook posts about sexual assault

A Chicopee city councilor has been removed from all subcommittees after writing insensitive remarks about sexual assault survivors online last week.
“I am removing you from all your sub-committee assignments,” a letter from city council president Shane Brooks posted to Facebook states.
