City Auditor selects first 8 members of Redistricting Commission By FOX 7 Austin Digital Team Published AUSTIN, Texas - The City Auditor has selected the first eight members of the Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission, which will redraw the Austin City Council boundaries for the 2022 election. The selections were made by random drawing. Seven of the selections are male and the majority of the selections are Black, Asian, and Hispanic or Latino.
