Using brain power, hard work and technology, Santaluces High School valedictorian Jeff Saint Fleur wants to make transportation better. “I’m fascinated by what Elon Musk is doing with Tesla. I want to be part of that growing industry. It’s inspiring what the human mind can achieve,” said Jeff, 18, who plans to attend Florida Atlantic University. Born in Haiti, Jeff and his sister, Jennifer, and father, Wilmann, moved to Brooklyn, New York, when he was 8 years old. The three came to Palm Beach County in 2008 and settled in Lake Worth Beach.
