CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System has vaccinated 500 of its teachers in the last week, while active cases of COVID-19 in the surrounding community continue to decline. This week, the school system’s clinic expects to receive around 700 more doses, as vaccine retail and pharmacy accessibility expands throughout the county. There are about 5,100 employees in the school system. CMCSS vaccinates its own CMCSS’ Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic received 500 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine last week, and began its process of internally vaccinating teachers through the clinic on Friday.
