CMS announced effective January 1, 2023 Direct Contracting DCE Model finished. Replacing DCE with new form of ACO, Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health REACH Model. CMS will allow DCE to transition into ACO REACH. CMS will allow a DCE to transition into ACO REACH.
