8月6日晚间，北京市海淀区人民检察院（下称“海淀检察院”）发布公告称，微信的“青少年模式”不符合《未成年人保护法》，侵犯了未成年人合法权益，人民检察院可依法支持民事公益诉讼。公告表示，拟对微信提起民事公益诉讼的机关和社会组织，可30日内将有关情况向海淀检察院进行书面反馈。
