Communicating CSR strategy with Gen-Z: Byte-sized tips on engaging the next generation 05/05/2021 Young people see tackling climate change and the preservation of the natural world as the defining issue of our time. Engaging with them, however, requires a different method of communication. In this article, we share what we have learned from our Learning Analytics Engine about successful communication with Gen Z. Firstly, who are Gen Z and what are they like? Generation Z, born 1995 - 2010, has grown up in a world where digital life is a part of their reality; its contribution to their identity is as authentic as their tangible ‘real’ life.
