The county of Monterey is partnering with the city of Salinas and Eden Housing to develop 132 affordable-rate units on a five-acre parcel at 855 E. Laurel Dr., near the corner of E. Laurel Drive and Veterans Way. The project would serve low-income households, including farmworkers and families, according to the county.
