Belle, of Noah’s Ark Publishing had a vision for a community “Read and Feed Drive Thru” to share and promote a wonderful children’s book, entitled Kids Journal Through COVID-19: United Kids Speak. Other Co-hosts are the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), YWCA Greater Los Angeles, the LAFC Foundation, and Ward Economic Development Corporation (WEDC). For 1,500 kids and their families the interactive book, a chance to wave at 2 local youth authors – Gerber Rodriguez and King Peoples, and receive a box of non-perishable items will bring joy to the volunteers who will serve the families as a way to help preserve Monday, January 18th as a day of service.
