In Winchester, major renovations to the pool are finishing up and will be ready for an opening later this month. Mayor Rex McIntire said Winchester is wrapping up its renovations of its pool. “The contractors guaranteed they’d be done by the 14th, then the city will start filling it,” McIntire said. “We hope to have everything ready for a grand opening on the 29th.”
