Commuters in Melbourne are terrified that police who stormed carriages during peak hour were looking for 'bombs'.
Heavily armed tactical officers marched through Flinders Street Station in the city's CBD about 5pm on Monday.
All services were halted and passengers told to 'seek alternate transportation'.
Passengers used Twitter to upload footage of officers with helmets and large guns marching through the busy station and sweeping carriages.
